We currently do not accept returns. However, if your candle is damaged during the shipping process, please take a picture and email it to hi@oldpinecandleco.com. We will work with you to create a solution.

Yes, all of our candles are made with 100% US Soy Wax. We believe in a clean burn. The major benefits of soy wax include

candle club faq
Absolutely! We think the Candle Club makes a wonderful gift.
To gift the Candle Club:
1. In the “Deliver every" dropdown menu, choose whether you would like to send a candle monthly, bi-monthly, or every three months.
2. Add the Candle Club to the cart, then click on the cart.
3. In the cart, scroll down to the “Gift Message/Special Instructions” box. Let us know how long you would like to gift the Candle Club, and if you would like to include a note.

Once you place your order, we will set the subscription to the number of months you requested. You will be charged $26 a month until you have reached the expiration. Your subscription will then become inactive.
Absolutely! Please email us at hi@oldpinecandleco.com before your shipment date with the desired scent you would like to receive.
Each month you will receive an email reminding you of your upcoming charge. The email will provide a link to manage your subscription. Click on “manage subscriptions” and it will take you to your customer portal.
Your current address will appear on the main page of the customer portal. Click edit to update your address.

You can cancel or pause your membership at any time.To cancel your subscription, access your customer portal. In your customer portal, under “actions,” click cancel and it will prompt you to confirm your subscription cancellation.
To pause your membership:
You can pause your subscription for one month at a time. In your customer portal, click on “Delivery Schedule”. Once in the delivery schedule page, select skip. This action will pause your order until the next renewal date.
